The leaders who grow the most are rarely the ones who lack knowledge. They are the ones willing to look honestly at how they think, what they assume, and who they are becoming — and then do something about it.

I hold ICF credentials and bring a coaching practice built on positive psychology, presence, energy management, and genuine investment in the leader's growth. I don't tell clients what they want to hear. I help them see what they need to see — and work alongside them as they build the capability to act on it.

My approach is grounded in Vertical Development, the idea that the most meaningful leadership growth is not about acquiring more skills, but about developing the complexity of thinking required to lead in genuinely uncertain, high-stakes environments. Combined with my accreditation in Positive Psychology and Spiral Dynamics, I can work with leaders across very different cultural backgrounds and worldview orientations, meeting them where they are rather than where Western development models assume they should be.

A typical executive coaching engagement spans three to six months: an initial assessment phase, structured bi-weekly coaching sessions, real-time feedback and reflection between sessions, and a development action plan at close. Single-session intensives are available for focused challenges.
