The most durable leadership change happens when people feel genuinely safe: safe to question their own assumptions, to disagree with the room, to say what they actually think. Creating that environment, with a group of senior executives who are used to performing rather than reflecting, is a specific skill. It is what I am known for.
The work is not only conceptual. In the room, leaders practice the harder things: staying present in difficult conversations, regulating themselves when challenged, and leading with composure rather than reaction. That is where insight becomes behavior.
